This week’s hot spot is St. Elmo’s Coffee Pub! It’s one of my favorite places to hang out in Del Ray. Here you’ll find everything from lattes, beer on tap, wine, sandwiches, to great finds from the farmer’s market down the street.
Coffee
Sourcing from Stumptown Coffee, the baristas at St. Elmo’s make a delicious latte – iced OR hot. They’re super friendly and always willing to customize your beverage to fit your specific tastes. The coffee menu also includes drip coffee, cappuccinos, coffee au lait, pour over, cold brew, nitro cold brew, espresso, mocha, hot tea, and iced tea. Don’t miss the seasonal specialty drinks posted on a board behind the counter!
Food
Pastries, muffins, and more can be found at the front counter. If they’re in stock, you can also find locally baked apple cider donuts and farm fresh yogurt from the farmer’s market. Gluten free? They’ve got you covered! If you’re in the mood for lunch, there are options for that, too! Pre-made sandwiches from Market 2 Market are conveniently located in the front cold case for a grab and go option, or you can order fresh from their menu since the two businesses are connected.
Other Beverages
Too late to have coffee? Of course there’s always tea, but if you’re looking for something more… check out the beer and wine, selection!
Atmosphere
Stocked with plenty of tables (including a few community tables) St. Elmo’s is the perfect place to meet others. During the warmer months, enjoy your time on the outdoor patio with your pups! St. Elmo’s also hosts events, so stay informed by following them on Facebook. Especially awesome are the local music & cabaret nights! Oh, and don’t worry, the WiFi is free.
Don’t just take my word for it, check them out on Yelp!
