5. Raise a glass to National Margarita Day with one of the best margs in town from either Taqueria El Poblano or Los Tios

February Market Update:

The Spring Market has come early this year! 2021 is coming in HOT. With an increase of Alexandria home sales by over 40% and inventory down by over 30%. There are so many more buyers out there than available houses, and we’re seeing multiple offers on several listings.  If there ever is a good time to get in on the action, it’s now!

To put into perspective, we just helped one of our buyers win in a multiple offer situation. They won against 4 other offers, went $55k over the list price, and beat out the runner up who had offered $90k over list price because our terms were better.  Terms matter!  Remember that.
